Q: How to place order?
A: 1. Selecting a product
Simply click on the relevant category for full list of products or using our search engine to find out your desired products.
When you decide to buy a product, simply click the "add to basket" button located on each product page to place the displayed product in your shopping cart.
If you want to review or make changes to your order before checking out, click "Basket" menu. The functions below allow you to change the products and quantities placed in the shopping cart: Enter the new quantity first in the "Quantity", then click the "Update" button.
Click the "Delete" link on the right-hand side of each product listed in the shopping cart if you want to remove the product from the shopping cart.
Upon reviewing the products and quantities shown in the shopping cart, you can then click "Next >>" button to checking out.
2. Check Out
You can now view the total amount with the shipping costs added.
You then need to fill in your personal data, your shipping address information and fill in "I accep rules..." option before you press "send order >>".
If you have already logged in using your AM Collection Club account, the shipping address will be filled in automatically for you.
Information about your sended order will show after your press "send order >>" button, You can print this out for future reference.
Now you can continue with payment.


Q: How to make payment?
A: Payments can be made via bank transfer and PayPal.
You can access out "payment" menu for more detail information about payment.


Q: When will my purchase be shipped?
A: We will only process delivery to confirmed fund transfer.
Confirmed transactions will be delivered as soon as possible.


Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: The cost of shipping is charged as below:
